Production Head – Aluminum Radiators

About the role

Salama Radiator Factory is looking for an experienced Production Head to lead all manufacturing operations for aluminum radiators. You will be responsible for meeting production targets, ensuring product quality, and driving continuous improvement across the plant.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute daily, weekly and monthly production plans while coordinating with sales, procurement, stores and quality teams.
• Oversee core building, tube & fin assembly, header plate assembly, furnace brazing, TIG/MIG welding, fabrication, tank assembly, leak and pressure testing, final assembly and dispatch.
• Implement Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, TPM and 5S initiatives to reduce cycle time, lower costs and improve OEE.
• Ensure compliance with customer specifications, monitor rejection trends and lead root‑cause analysis for quality issues.
• Lead production engineers, supervisors, team leaders, technicians and operators; conduct performance reviews and provide coaching.
• Coordinate with maintenance to maximise equipment availability and support preventive/predictive programmes.
• Promote a safe, zero‑accident work environment and enforce PPE and safety procedures.
• Control manufacturing costs, optimise material usage and contribute to budgeting.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing large‑scale production in metal or aluminum manufacturing.
• Strong leadership and team‑building abilities.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills and a data‑driven mindset.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally with sales, procurement, quality and maintenance.
