Production Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a Production Engineer to support daily production at our Goa facility. The role involves ensuring smooth workflows, maintaining quality and safety standards, and driving productivity improvements through effective shop‑floor engagement and cross‑functional coordination.

Key responsibilities

• Support daily and shift‑wise production based on targets set by the Production Manager.
• Monitor actual output versus plan, report deviations and identify bottlenecks.
• Ensure shop‑floor activities follow standard operating procedures and proper machine, tool, and equipment usage.
• Coordinate with the Quality team for inspections, corrective actions, and root‑cause analysis.
• Manage manpower availability, guide operators on work methods, and support training of new staff.
• Monitor machine performance, coordinate maintenance, and track downtime to reduce losses.
• Maintain production records, shift reports, downtime logs, and basic MIS using Excel or system tools.

Required profile

• Diploma, B.E. or B.Tech in a relevant engineering discipline.
• 1–3 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
