Production Associate – Level I

About the role

We are looking for a Production Associate – Level I to join our manufacturing floor. This entry‑level position supports safe, high‑quality production while learning on the job.

Key responsibilities

• Stop work and report any major injury hazards; report work‑related injuries, illnesses, incidents or hazards.
• Comply with health, safety and environmental (HSE) standards, use appropriate personal protective equipment and promote a safety‑first culture.
• Follow all applicable standard work, process documentation and quality procedures; perform quality inspections and control non‑conforming material.
• Operate manual and automated equipment to manufacture and assemble products, meeting required cycle times and engineering standards.
• Maintain a clean and orderly work area, perform routine housekeeping, machine cleaning and planned operator care and maintenance tasks.
• Communicate effectively with team members and support staff, and assist in identifying equipment needing repair.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives related to quality, safety, process efficiency and employee development.
