Product Security Manager – Mobile

About the role

RIB Software is looking for a Product Security Manager focused on mobile solutions. You will own operational security for assigned products, ensuring that security is embedded throughout the product lifecycle from design to decommissioning.

Key responsibilities

• Execute Secure Development Lifecycle (SDL) requirements across the full product development lifecycle.
• Lead regular threat modelling, security reviews, and risk assessments for the mobile product portfolio.
• Track, prioritize, and manage product‑specific security issues and remediation efforts.
• Serve as the primary security point of contact for product teams, collecting evidence required for compliance.
• Collaborate with Security Architects, Product Owners, Developers, Quality Engineers, DevOps, Security Operations, and Governance teams.

Required profile

• Strong hands‑on technical expertise in product security.
• Proven ability to lead security initiatives and work across multidisciplinary teams.
• Experience driving security compliance and evidence collection.

Required skills

• Secure Development Lifecycle (SDL) methodology.
• Threat modelling and risk assessment techniques.
