Product Manager

About the role

As a Product Manager you will lead the scaling of our flagship digital product that serves a growing network of sellers. You will own the end‑to‑end product lifecycle, from concept and requirement gathering through development, testing and launch, ensuring the solution meets seller needs and drives engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute product development and enhancement plans for existing platforms and API integrations.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, data science, marketing, finance, legal, compliance and risk teams to deliver features on time.
• Manage product journeys, prioritize projects based on business projections and incorporate channel feedback to improve the digital experience.
• Conduct competition benchmarking to assess capabilities, features, processes and UI/UX against market rivals.
• Oversee testing, bug‑fixing and go‑live activities, coordinating cross‑functional teams from concept to launch.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of product development processes and ability to translate requirements into actionable specifications.
• Experience working with cross‑functional teams in a fast‑moving, digitally focused environment.
• Seller empathy and a track record of building solutions that address seller pain points.
• Ability to align digital guidelines across multiple business units and drive UI/UX synergy.
• Analytical mindset for competition analysis and data‑driven decision making.
