About the role
We are looking for a motivated Developer to join the technology team of Aditya Birla Capital Limited (NBFC). The role focuses on delivering new application features, maintaining high code quality, and resolving defects in a fast‑paced, agile environment.
Key responsibilities
- Implement assigned features according to design specifications and sprint plans.
- Follow coding standards, participate in peer code reviews and ensure code quality.
- Identify, report and fix defects in complex systems.
- Collaborate closely with senior developers, QA engineers and product owners to meet sprint commitments.
- Stay up‑to‑date with evolving technologies and coding practices, and share knowledge with teammates.
Required profile
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a collaborative, agile team.
- Proactive attitude towards continuous learning and upskilling.
- Strong problem‑solving skills for debugging and defect resolution.
