Product Manager II – Oracle Cloud Time & Labor Specialist

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Oracle HCM Cloud professional to own the end‑to‑end Oracle Time & Labor functionality. The role combines hands‑on configuration, solution design, operational support, and platform leadership to ensure seamless integration with Oracle Payroll.

Key responsibilities

• Own configuration, maintenance, optimization, and roadmap planning for Oracle Time & Labor.
• Design and support complex time rules, calculations, overtime policies, premium pay, and shift differentials.
• Partner with Payroll teams to guarantee accurate data flow into payroll processing.
• Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues through root‑cause analysis.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into scalable system solutions.
• Lead full‑lifecycle implementations, including design, testing, deployment, and post‑production support.
• Support quarterly Oracle Cloud releases with impact assessments, UAT, and production readiness.
• Drive continuous improvement in workforce management processes, automation, and compliance.
• Provide mentorship and promote best practices and platform governance.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience with Oracle HCM Cloud, focusing on Time & Labor.
• Proven track record designing and implementing time‑rules, calculations, overtime, and compliance solutions.
• Strong experience integrating Oracle Time & Labor with Oracle Payroll.
• Hands‑on expertise troubleshooting complex Time & Labor and Payroll issues.
• Experience leading or supporting full‑lifecycle Oracle HCM Cloud implementations.
