Product Line Manager – Semiconductor Equipment

About the role

We are seeking a Product Line Manager to drive the strategic and operational management of a portfolio of semiconductor equipment products. The role owns post‑release product ownership, change management, configuration governance, roadmap execution and cost optimization while aligning engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, service and marketing teams.

Key responsibilities

• Own overall performance, governance and lifecycle of assigned semiconductor equipment product lines.
• Drive execution of product line strategies, roadmaps and market proliferation initiatives.
• Manage product change processes, approve Engineering Change Orders and implement Part Change Notifications.
• Lead configuration accuracy reviews, ensure correct BOMs and shipped configurations.
• Oversee product sustainment, component obsolescence, reliability and serviceability improvements.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to resolve critical product issues and optimize costs.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Industrial Engineering or related field.
• 8+ years experience in product line management, product management or sustaining engineering within semiconductor capital equipment.

• Engineering Change Order (ECO) management.
• Product Change Management (PCM) processes.
• Bill of Materials (BOM) and configuration control.
• Experience with Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) systems.
• Experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems.
