Product Designer – User Research & Design Systems

About the role

We are looking for a Product Designer who will shape intuitive product experiences by deeply understanding user needs and translating insights into high‑quality designs. The role involves collaborating with cross‑functional teams to ensure feasibility and consistency across our product portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Understand user needs through research and translate insights into intuitive product experiences.
• Conduct advanced user research and competitive benchmarking, including ethnography and contextual inquiry.
• Define research strategy aligned with business goals.
• Define information architecture, sitemaps and navigation models.
• Create and validate high‑level design concepts with customers.
• Establish design patterns and micro‑interaction guidelines to ensure consistency.
• Develop detailed design specifications and ensure compliance with usability and WCAG standards.
• Drive usability testing, synthesize findings and iterate designs.
• Maintain design systems and visual consistency across all product touchpoints.
• Lead design discussions and stay updated on UX trends and emerging technologies.

Required profile

• Proven ability to conduct user research and translate findings into design solutions.
• Strong understanding of information architecture and navigation design.
• Experience creating and maintaining design systems.
• Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG) and usability testing.
• Collaborative mindset to work with UX, UI, and engineering teams.

Required skills
