Product Designer

About the role

Aditya Birla Capital is seeking a Product Designer to shape the digital experience of its diverse financial services portfolio. You will work closely with business units, design agencies, and technology teams to create intuitive, data‑driven user journeys and visual designs for web and mobile platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather and validate business requirements and author Business Requirement Documents.
• Lead UI/UX design efforts based on agency concepts, ensuring alignment with brand and user needs.
• Partner with the technology team to translate designs into functional digital assets, conduct user acceptance testing, and resolve development issues.
• Analyze consumer feedback and usage data to continuously improve digital products.
• Coordinate project activities across business and shared‑service tech teams to ensure seamless integration and rollout.

Required profile

• Proven experience in digital product design, preferably within financial services or fintech.
• Strong ability to translate business requirements into user‑centric designs.
• Experience conducting UAT and iterating based on data‑driven insights.
• Excellent collaboration skills with cross‑functional teams.
