Procurement Operation Analyst

About the role

Hewlett Packard Enterprise is looking for a Procurement Operation Analyst to support basic commodity procurement. The role is hybrid, requiring two days per week onsite, and focuses on ensuring smooth, compliant purchasing processes.

Key responsibilities

• Execute procurement operations for basic commodities with limited technical complexity.
• Collaborate with internal teams to meet commodity objectives, business controls, and compliance requirements.
• Handle purchase requests, perform essential procurement and financial checks, and use automated tools.
• Support cross‑functional goals by delivering tactical commodity strategies.

Required profile

• First‑level university degree or equivalent experience.
• 2–6 years of experience in procurement or supply‑chain functions.
• Fluency in English and the local language.
• Basic understanding of procurement processes and strong analytical aptitude.
• Proficiency with web‑based business applications, preferably SAP.
• Good communication skills.
