Process Expert – Finance & Procurement Services

About the role

Join Siemens as a Process Expert in Finance & Procurement Services, based in Mumbai. You will support end‑to‑end procurement and finance processes, driving optimisation, digitalisation and sustainability across the organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct spend analysis to identify cost‑saving opportunities and efficiency improvements.
• Support commodity managers with sourcing documentation, quote collection, comparison and vendor data management.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to map demand, negotiate contracts and pool demand for better proposals.
• Monitor supplier performance against KPIs, address service issues and lead corrective actions.
• Lead regular business reviews with vendors and drive sustainability initiatives, including carbon emission assessments.
• Utilise Siemens Sourcing & Supplier Management tools for supplier evaluation, qualification and digitalisation activities.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in logistics transportation services or related finance & procurement roles.
• Strong verbal and written communication, organisational and analytical abilities.
• Flexibility to work across all shifts and good interpersonal skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Excel.
