Process Executive – Voice Operations

About the role

Enovis is seeking a detail‑oriented Process Executive – Voice to join its Revenue Cycle Management team in Hyderabad. The role focuses on handling patient data, medical billing, insurance claims and related compliance tasks, ensuring smooth financial operations for healthcare providers.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls, emails and chats, providing product and service information while resolving queries.
• Manage end‑to‑end accounts‑receivable follow‑up with insurers through outbound calls to clear pending or unpaid claims.
• Analyze claim rejections or denials, initiate appeals, or escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate department.
• Document all interactions and actions accurately in the billing system.
• Achieve and exceed SLA/KPI targets such as productivity, call quality, resolution rate and turnaround time.
• Handle complex claim escalations and ensure effective closure.
• Collaborate with Data, Quality and Client teams to maintain smooth claim processing.

Required profile

• Customer‑focused with excellent verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with medical terminology and healthcare billing processes.
• Ability to work accurately under pressure and meet performance metrics.
