Process Excellence Manager

About the role

The Process Excellence Manager will lead strategic and operational initiatives that drive continuous improvement, standardisation and operational excellence across GCC locations. Using Lean Six Sigma, data analytics, AI‑enabled solutions and automation, you will enhance productivity, quality, turnaround time and client experience.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and deliver process excellence and continuous improvement projects across multiple practices and locations.
• Drive process standardisation, simplification, scalability and quality enhancement using structured methodologies.
• Identify and implement AI, automation and digital‑tool opportunities to reduce manual effort.
• Establish governance standards for process documentation, DMS and QMS frameworks.
• Coach and mentor Process Excellence team members in project execution and improvement methodologies.
• Partner with GCC leaders and stakeholders to improve service delivery, operational efficiency and client experience.
• Assess current‑state processes, identify gaps and implement sustainable improvements.
• Develop and execute change‑management strategies for new processes, technologies and tools.
• Prepare and present performance metrics, risks and business impact reports to leadership.

Required profile

• Technology‑driven leader with proven experience in digital transformation and stakeholder collaboration.
• Strong background in Lean Six Sigma, continuous improvement and process optimisation.
• Ability to coach, mentor and build organisational capability.
• Excellent analytical mindset with data‑driven decision‑making skills.
• Experience partnering with service delivery, technology and shared services teams.
