Modular Production Manager – CNC Programmer (Biesse & Homag)

About the role

Rostre Spaces is seeking a Modular Production Manager who will also act as a CNC Programmer, specializing in Biesse and Homag systems. This full‑time, on‑site position is based in the Greater Hyderabad Area and focuses on managing automated modular interior manufacturing lines.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily production operations on automated lines for kitchens, wardrobes, vanities and storage solutions.
• Program, set up, calibrate and optimise Biesse and Homag CNC machines to maintain ±0.5 mm precision.
• Coordinate production schedules, monitor workflow and align output with design, procurement and quality specifications.
• Troubleshoot machine issues, perform routine equipment maintenance and implement process improvements.
• Train and mentor production staff on CNC operations, safety procedures and quality standards.

Required profile

• Strong CNC programming and operation experience with Biesse and Homag machinery, including setup, calibration and optimisation.
• Background in modular furniture or cabinet manufacturing, covering production planning, workflow management and line balancing.
• Proficiency in reading technical drawings, CAD/CAM files and manufacturing specifications.
• Knowledge of woodworking materials and premium hardware systems (Blum, Hettich).
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams, enforce safety, and drive continuous improvement.
• Technical diploma or degree in mechanical, production or manufacturing engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
