About the role

HCL is conducting a virtual interview drive to recruit fresh graduates for a Voice Process Associate position in Whitefield, Bangalore. The role involves handling inbound and outbound customer calls during the US night shift, providing support and service to clients.

Key responsibilities

Answer and place inbound and outbound calls in a high‑volume call centre environment.
Deliver accurate information and resolve customer queries in a professional manner.
Maintain call quality standards and adhere to shift schedules.
Document interactions and update relevant systems as required.

Required profile

Recent graduate (Arts, Science, UG, PG, MBA, MA, M.Com) seeking a full‑time role.
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Willingness to work night shifts aligned with US timings.
Ability to handle both inbound and outbound calls.

Required skills

Proficiency in spoken English.
