About the role
HCL is conducting a virtual interview drive to recruit fresh graduates for a Voice Process Associate position in Whitefield, Bangalore. The role involves handling inbound and outbound customer calls during the US night shift, providing support and service to clients.
Key responsibilities
- Answer and place inbound and outbound calls in a high‑volume call centre environment.
- Deliver accurate information and resolve customer queries in a professional manner.
- Maintain call quality standards and adhere to shift schedules.
- Document interactions and update relevant systems as required.
Required profile
- Recent graduate (Arts, Science, UG, PG, MBA, MA, M.Com) seeking a full‑time role.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to work night shifts aligned with US timings.
- Ability to handle both inbound and outbound calls.
Required skills
- Proficiency in spoken English.
