About the role

HCL Tech is hiring fresh graduates for a Process Associate position in its Semi‑Voice (email and chat) team. The role supports the Order‑to‑Cash domain and operates on a US shift, providing customers with timely assistance through digital channels.

Key responsibilities

• Respond promptly to customer queries and issues via email or chat, ensuring high satisfaction levels.
• Accurately enter, update, and manage data across multiple systems and databases.
• Troubleshoot customer problems, deliver actionable solutions, and escalate complex cases to senior support teams when necessary.

Required profile

• Recent graduate (Arts & Science) from the 2024 or 2025 batch.
• Strong written communication skills for email and chat support.
• Willingness to work the US shift schedule.
• Eligibility excludes candidates with BTech, IT, MCA, or BE qualifications.
