Principal Data Scientist – Platform & Innovation Lead

About the role

The Technical Director will steer platform evolution, feature migration and horizontal scalability while acting as a strategic enabler for innovation, research and talent development. This senior position blends deep technical expertise with product vision and leadership to ensure both current delivery excellence and future readiness.

Key responsibilities

• Lead rapid feature migration, platform evolution and horizontal scalability.
• Architect multi‑tenant, cloud‑native systems and define reference architectures.
• Drive customer adaptations, platform localization and fast proof‑of‑concept deployments.
• Mentor technical architects and product owners, and shape university/research collaborations.
• Balance delivery of current commitments with building future‑ready technologies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or Computer Science.
• 12+ years of experience, including 5+ years in senior technical leadership roles.
• Experience in ADAS or the automotive domain and large‑scale platform products.
