Pressure Die Casting Machine Operator

About the role

The Pressure Die Casting Machine Operator will work full‑time on site at our Ghaziabad facility, operating high‑precision pressure die casting equipment to produce metal components that meet exact specifications and production schedules.

Key responsibilities

• Set up pressure die casting machines according to job orders and technical drawings.
• Operate the machines to manufacture components, ensuring quality and adherence to specifications.
• Monitor production plans and adjust machine parameters as needed.
• Perform basic troubleshooting and routine maintenance to minimise downtime.
• Maintain accurate production records and report any issues to supervisors.

Required profile

• Proficiency in operating, setting up, and troubleshooting pressure die casting machines.
• Hands‑on experience with industrial machinery in a manufacturing environment.
• Previous experience in die casting, metal component manufacturing, or a similar shop‑floor role is preferred.
