Quality Leader

About the role

The Quality Leader will drive excellence across all quality functions in our manufacturing plant. You will ensure compliance with international standards, enhance customer satisfaction, and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and maintain Quality Management Systems in line with ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001.
• Plan and execute internal, customer and certification audits.
• Manage customer quality issues, complaints and warranty claims using 8D, Why‑Why Analysis and Fishbone Diagram.
• Develop suppliers through audits, capability assessments and performance scorecards.
• Drive Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen and Six Sigma projects to reduce waste and improve processes.
• Coach and mentor quality teams, delivering training and awareness programs.
• Support new product introductions with APQP, PPAP, PFMEA, control plans and process validation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or a related discipline.
• 12‑15 years of experience in quality assurance and management within manufacturing.
• Proven track record in customer, supplier and manufacturing quality.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 standards.
