About the role
We are looking for a proactive Pre‑Sales Associate to support prospective students and their families as they explore study‑abroad opportunities. You will be the first point of contact, handling walk‑ins, calls and online inquiries, and guiding leads to the appropriate counseling team.
Key responsibilities
- Greet and assist walk‑in students and parents at the front office.
- Manage student appointments and maintain the counselor calendar.
- Handle incoming calls, WhatsApp messages and direct students to the right point of contact.
- Maintain daily visitor logs and keep the front office organized and presentable.
- Make outbound calls to prospective students generated from website, events or social media leads.
- Share basic information about countries, courses and intake dates.
- Follow up on leads, schedule counseling sessions and log all interactions in the CRM.
- Update lead data and maintain accurate call logs.
Required profile
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Prior experience in tele‑calling, counseling support or front‑office roles is a plus.
- Confident, friendly and student‑oriented attitude.
- Strong phone etiquette and listening skills.
- Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure.
Required skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel.
- Familiarity with Google Sheets.
- Experience using CRM tools for lead management.
