Precast Project Manager – Joint Venture Operations

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Precast Project Manager to lead our joint‑venture precast manufacturing facilities in Navi Mumbai and Hyderabad. In this senior leadership position you will ensure safe, high‑quality, and on‑time delivery of precast products to project sites while driving operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute and monitor precast projects from inception to completion.
• Manage commercial aspects, cost control and budgeting for precast operations.
• Oversee HSE compliance and promote a safety‑first culture.
• Coordinate subcontractors, consultants, suppliers and JV partners.
• Maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships.
• Align manufacturing, logistics and erection activities with project schedules and Just‑in‑Time delivery requirements.
• Provide regular performance reporting and conduct project reviews.
• Lead, mentor and develop the project team.

Required profile

• Minimum 20 years of experience in construction project management.
• Proven track record in precast manufacturing and erection.
• Strong technical knowledge of concrete technology and precast systems.
• Demonstrated ability to manage large‑scale Just‑in‑Time delivery programs.
• Excellent client and stakeholder management skills.
