Power BI & Automation Developer

About the role

We are looking for a skilled Developer with 4‑6 years of experience to join our team in a hybrid work model. The role focuses on building data‑driven solutions using Power BI, Power Automate and related Microsoft tools to support business decisions, especially in manufacturing and supply‑chain environments.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Power BI reports and dashboards for business stakeholders.
• Design paginated reports with Power BI Report Builder tailored to specific needs.
• Create and manage automated workflows using MS Power Automate.
• Ensure seamless integration and collaboration through Power BI Service.
• Analyze complex datasets with MS Power BI and present findings visually.
• Apply advanced Excel techniques for data manipulation and reporting.
• Design, maintain, and ensure data integrity of databases.
• Write and optimise SQL queries for data extraction, transformation and loading.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
• Provide technical support and troubleshoot Power BI and related tools.
• Stay updated on data‑analytics advancements and contribute to data‑governance practices.

Required profile

• Proven expertise with Power BI Report Builder, Power Automate, Power BI Service, MS Power BI, Excel, databases and SQL.
• Strong analytical abilities to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
• Excellent communication skills for stakeholder collaboration.
• Proactive problem‑solver capable of working independently in a hybrid setting.
• Experience in manufacturing or supply‑chain domains is a plus.
• Adaptable to learn new tools and technologies as projects evolve.
• Customer‑focused mindset to deliver solutions that meet business needs.
