About the role
PwC is seeking a PMO Manager to lead its Advisory PMO function in Bangalore. The role focuses on developing and implementing robust project management processes, ensuring projects align with strategic objectives, and delivering high‑quality outcomes for clients.
Key responsibilities
- Establish, refine and implement PMO processes and procedures covering project management methodologies, governance, risk management and change control.
- Lead the strategic direction and day‑to‑day operations of the PMO to ensure alignment with overall business objectives.
- Act as the primary point of contact for project‑related queries, providing timely responses and guidance.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to identify, measure and report on value realization for clients.
- Oversee project delivery to ensure timelines, quality standards, resource allocation and financial tracking are met.
- Drive initiatives that improve value‑creation processes and enhance client satisfaction.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration across teams to align projects with the organisation’s strategic goals.
Required profile
- Strong organisational and analytical abilities with meticulous attention to detail.
- Proven experience in managing project resources and coordinating cross‑functional teams.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to lead strategic planning and business development activities.
