About the role
We are looking for a professional, courteous and customer‑oriented Receptionist to manage front‑desk operations and provide administrative support at our Bengaluru office. The role is the first point of contact for visitors and callers, ensuring a positive and professional experience while assisting daily office activities.
Key responsibilities
- Welcome and assist visitors, customers and guests in a professional manner.
- Handle incoming calls, transfer to appropriate departments and take messages.
- Maintain visitor records and ensure compliance with office protocols.
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, couriers and documents.
- Coordinate meeting‑room bookings and support office events.
- Provide administrative support such as data entry, filing and record maintenance.
- Keep the reception area clean and organized.
- Assist employees and visitors with general inquiries and information.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth office operations while maintaining confidentiality of company information.
Required profile
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Freshers or candidates with up to 2 years of reception/front‑office experience.
- Good communication skills in English, Kannada and Hindi.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Pleasant personality, professional appearance and customer‑service orientation.
- Positive attitude, ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and willingness to learn.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
