PMO Analyst

About the role

The Project Management Office / Analyst (PMO/PMA) supports project delivery teams with financial and operational controls. The role works closely with project managers, finance and sales operations to ensure accurate execution of timesheet tracking, budgeting, forecasting, compliance checks and revenue recognition.

Key responsibilities

• Manage timesheet adjustments, resolve access issues and track month‑end submissions.
• Coordinate contract, customer and project setup, including WBS creation in Finance & Operations.
• Perform data and health checks on consolidated project reports and monitor budget overshoots.
• Analyse project forecasts versus actuals, track billable vs non‑billable hours and prepare client and project P&L metrics.
• Support month‑end finance activities such as revenue recognition, billing, work‑in‑progress cleanup and balance‑sheet reconciliations.
• Process internal and project‑related expenses and assist finance audits with documentation.

Required profile

• Experience in project coordination, financial operations and PMO support with strong understanding of project lifecycle and revenue recognition.
• Qualified accountant or equivalent experience in project accounting, budgeting and forecasting.
• Strong analytical abilities, time‑management skills and a proactive, self‑motivated approach.
• Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills with a focus on client satisfaction.

Required skills

• Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
• Power BI (basic to intermediate).
• Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (FO) PMA and financial modules.
