Plumbing Engineer – MEP Projects (USA)

About the role

We are looking for a skilled Plumbing Engineer to join our team and lead the design of plumbing systems for USA‑based MEP projects. The role involves independent work as well as close coordination with multidisciplinary teams and clients to deliver compliant, clash‑free models.

Key responsibilities

• Design and prepare plumbing layout and engineering drawings.
• Perform plumbing calculations for sanitary waste, vent, stormwater, domestic water, and gas systems.
• Develop piping layouts and conduct pressure drop and pump head calculations.
• Model plumbing systems in Autodesk Revit and ensure clash‑free coordination with other disciplines.
• Ensure designs comply with applicable US codes and standards, including the International Plumbing Code.
• Maintain effective communication with supervisors, colleagues, and clients.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Civil Engineering from a reputable university.
• Proven experience in plumbing design for USA‑based projects.
• Strong knowledge of the International Plumbing Code (IPC).
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
