Plastic Injection Molding Machine Operator

About the role

We are looking for a dedicated Plastic Injection Molding Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team in Hosur. The role involves operating and monitoring injection molding equipment to produce high-quality plastic components for a variety of industries.

Key responsibilities

• Set up, run and control plastic injection molding machines on a daily basis.
• Monitor process parameters and adjust settings to optimise cycle time and part quality.
• Perform preventive maintenance and routine inspections to ensure equipment reliability.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly to minimise downtime.
• Conduct quality checks during production runs and ensure compliance with safety standards.

Required profile

• Proficiency in operating injection molding machines and understanding of the molding process.
• Experience with quality control procedures in a manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of preventive maintenance practices.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications are a plus.
• Prior experience in plastic injection molding is preferred.
