About the role

The Plant Operator will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of plant equipment at our facility in Morbi, Gujarat. This role is essential to maintaining continuous production within the oil and gas sector.

Key responsibilities

• Operate and monitor plant machinery, ensuring compliance with safety and performance standards.
• Maintain accurate daily operational records and generate required reports.
• Follow established safety, quality, and maintenance procedures to minimize downtime.
• Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth plant functioning and timely issue resolution.

Required profile

• ITI, Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering or technical field.
• Prior experience in plant operations is preferred.
• Good understanding of safety standards and industrial processes.
