Pizza Chef – Neapolitan Specialist (Full‑time)

About the role

EAT OTG Food Services is seeking a full‑time Pizza Chef to join its Manuka bakery and pizzeria in Navi Mumbai. You will craft authentic Neapolitan‑style pizzas and contribute to the preparation of breads, focaccia, and house‑made desserts, ensuring consistent quality and presentation.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare pizza dough, sauces, and toppings according to established recipes.
• Operate the designated pizza oven to achieve the characteristic Neapolitan crust.
• Produce bakery items such as breads and focaccia for the menu.
• Maintain strict hygiene and food‑safety standards throughout all kitchen activities.
• Monitor ingredient inventory and coordinate with the kitchen team during peak service periods.
• Assist in menu development, train junior staff, and support management in upholding brand standards.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a pizza chef, baker, or in a similar high‑volume artisan kitchen.
• Strong commitment to food safety and hygiene practices.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Team‑oriented mindset with good communication skills.
• Formal culinary training is a plus but not mandatory; passion for craft baking is essential.
