Pharmacist – Retail Pharmacy Operations

About the role

We are looking for a qualified Pharmacist to join our Gurugram team and support Blinkit’s fast‑growing grocery and e‑commerce platform. The role involves preparing and dispensing prescriptions, ensuring regulatory compliance, and providing professional medication advice to our customers.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare, verify and dispense prescription medicines accurately.
• Maintain compliance with all pharmacy regulations and quality standards.
• Offer medication counseling and health advice to customers.
• Manage inventory of pharmaceutical products, including stock monitoring and reordering.
• Maintain precise records of prescriptions, dispensed items and inventory movements.
• Collaborate with the logistics and customer service teams to ensure seamless delivery of health‑related products.

Required profile

• Valid pharmacy registration/license and a degree in Pharmacy.
• Strong knowledge of pharmaceuticals, prescription protocols and inventory management.
• Experience in retail pharmacy operations or a similar setting (preferred).
• Excellent communication and customer‑service skills.
• High attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
