Nurse Assistant (GNM/BSc/MSc Nursing)

About the role

Join Apollo Hospitals as a Nurse Assistant and provide essential care to patients across a range of health settings. You will work closely with the nursing team to assess health problems, deliver treatments, maintain accurate records, and educate patients and families on health maintenance.

Key responsibilities

• Record medical history and symptoms of patients.
• Administer medication and prescribed treatments.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated patient care.
• Perform point‑of‑care tests and conduct nursing assessments.
• Monitor patients' health status and report changes.
• Provide bedside care and support education for patients and families.
• Maintain inventory of medical supplies.
• Operate and care for medical equipment.
• Attend regular in‑service education and training sessions.

Required profile

• Graduate with 1st division in 10th, 12th and GNM Nursing, BSc Nursing or MSc Nursing.
• 3 months to 5 years of experience in nursing or patient care.
• Strong interpersonal relationship skills, listening, teamwork, and communication.
• Ability to coordinate, cooperate, and take initiative.
• Moral support and a physical approach to patient care.

Required skills

• Basic computer literacy.
