Pharmacist – Aesthetic Clinic

About the role

Clinikally is seeking a qualified Pharmacist to support its aesthetic clinic operations. The role involves managing medications, skincare products and consumables, ensuring compliance and seamless coordination with doctors and clinic staff.

Key responsibilities

• Dispense prescribed medications, skincare products and clinic consumables accurately according to doctor recommendations.
• Maintain inventory of medicines, injectables, dermatology/aesthetic products and general clinic supplies.
• Monitor stock levels, expiry dates, batch numbers and arrange timely replenishment.
• Keep pharmacy records, invoices and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate with vendors and procurement for ordering and stock management.
• Ensure proper storage, handling and temperature control of all products.
• Support doctors and clinical staff by guaranteeing availability of treatment‑related items.
• Conduct periodic stock audits and reconcile any discrepancies.
• Educate patients on medication usage, dosage and after‑care instructions when required.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization and operational readiness of the pharmacy area.

Required profile

• B.Pharm / D.Pharm / M.Pharm qualification.
• Valid Pharmacist Registration License.
• 1–4 years of pharmacy experience; experience in dermatology, cosmetology, aesthetic clinics, hospitals or wellness setups preferred.
• Strong attention to detail, organization and record‑keeping abilities.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
