About the role
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Personal Secretary to support the Director in daily administrative, coordination, and communication activities. The role ensures the Director’s schedule runs smoothly and that all logistical and documentation needs are met efficiently.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the Director’s calendar, meetings, and appointments.
- Handle emails, calls, and correspondence on behalf of the Director.
- Coordinate internal and external meetings, preparing agendas and minutes.
- Arrange travel, accommodation, and related logistics.
- Maintain confidential records, documents, and reports.
- Follow up on action items and coordinate with stakeholders to ensure timely completion.
- Assist with preparing presentations, reports, and business documents.
- Perform general administrative and office coordination tasks as required.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 + years of experience in an Executive Assistant, Personal Secretary, or similar administrative role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time‑management abilities.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Professional demeanor and stakeholder management skills.
- Capacity to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace.
