About the role
We are seeking a data‑driven Performance Marketing Manager to lead paid acquisition across digital channels for our direct‑to‑consumer ecommerce business. You will be responsible for scaling revenue, optimizing return on ad spend and driving customer acquisition through strategic campaign management.
Key responsibilities
- Plan, launch and optimise campaigns on Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube) and Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram) and other platforms as needed.
- Manage budgets to maximise ROI while achieving targets for customer acquisition, revenue growth and ROAS.
- Analyse performance metrics (CPC, CPA, CTR, conversion rate, ROAS) and implement data‑driven optimisations.
- Design and execute A/B tests on ad creatives, landing pages, and audience targeting.
- Collaborate with creative and content teams to produce high‑performing ad assets.
- Set up and maintain conversion tracking, pixels and attribution models using Google Analytics, Meta Business Manager and Google Tag Manager.
- Report campaign results regularly and stay updated on platform updates and industry trends.
Required profile
- 3–6 years of hands‑on performance marketing experience, preferably in D2C or ecommerce.
- Proven track record of scaling campaigns and improving ROAS.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make optimisation decisions.
- Experience working with Shopify, WooCommerce or similar ecommerce platforms is a plus.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
