Donor Development, Crowdfunding & Resource Mobilisation Manager

About the role

The Manager – Donor Development, Crowdfunding & Resource Mobilisation will lead the design and execution of fundraising strategies for Veterans India. Based in Dwarka, this full‑time position focuses on building lasting relationships with individual and institutional donors while driving successful crowdfunding campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement donor development strategies, identifying and nurturing prospective donors.
• Plan, launch, and manage crowdfunding campaigns, creating compelling narratives and outreach materials.
• Coordinate online and offline activities to maximise participation and contributions.
• Track fundraising performance, maintain donor databases, and prepare reports and presentations for senior leadership.
• Ensure transparent, ethical resource mobilisation aligned with the organisation’s mission.
• Collaborate with program, communications, and finance teams to integrate fundraising with ongoing initiatives.
• Represent Veterans India at meetings, presentations, and public forums as required.

Required profile

• Proven experience in fundraising strategy, donor development, and relationship management.
• Experience planning crowdfunding campaigns and engaging online communities.
• Strong written communication skills for proposals, reports, and presentations.
• Competence in data management, CRM or donor database handling, and basic analytics.
• Ability to coordinate stakeholders, work cross‑functionally, and uphold the values of nationalism, patriotism, inclusivity, and public service.
• Bachelor’s degree in management, communications, social work, marketing or related field; advanced qualifications are a plus.
