Search Engine Optimization Executive

About the role

We are seeking a passionate SEO Executive with 2–3 years of hands‑on experience to drive organic growth across our digital properties. The role combines on‑page, off‑page and technical SEO with emerging AI‑driven search strategies to boost visibility and traffic.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute SEO strategies to improve keyword rankings and organic traffic.
• Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and content optimization following EEAT principles.
• Optimize website architecture, metadata, internal linking, schema markup, and core web vitals.
• Perform regular technical SEO audits and implement fixes for crawlability, indexability, and performance.
• Build high‑quality backlinks through white‑hat outreach, guest posting, and digital PR.
• Implement Generative Engine Optimization (GEO), Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) and AI Optimization (AIO) techniques for featured snippets, voice search and AI‑generated results.
• Support social media campaigns and manage Google Ads and Meta Ads, tracking performance and ROI.
• Collaborate with developers, designers and content creators to ensure SEO best practices are applied.
• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports and stay updated on algorithm changes.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of proven SEO experience.
• Strong knowledge of on‑page, off‑page and technical SEO.
• Familiarity with AI‑driven search concepts such as GEO, AEO and AIO.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally and communicate findings clearly.
