Performance Marketing Associate

About the role

We are seeking a motivated and detail‑oriented Performance Marketing Associate to support our paid advertising efforts. The role is ideal for candidates with a basic understanding of Meta and Google advertising who are eager to grow their skills in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in planning, setting up, and executing campaigns on Meta Ads and Google Ads.
• Monitor daily performance, optimize budgets, bids, and targeting.
• Conduct keyword, audience, and competitor research.
• Track core metrics such as CPL, CPC, CTR, CPA, and ROAS.
• Support A/B testing of creatives, copy, audiences, and campaign structures.
• Collaborate with creative and content teams to produce ad assets.
• Analyze campaign data, identify improvement opportunities, and prepare regular performance reports.
• Help drive lead generation and conversion‑focused initiatives.

Required profile

• 6 months to 1 year of experience in performance or digital marketing.
• Basic knowledge of Meta Ads and Google Ads platforms.
• Understanding of digital advertising concepts, lead generation, and campaign optimization.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Willingness to learn quickly and work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Immediate availability is preferred.
