Performance-Driven Digital Marketing Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a performance‑driven Digital Marketing Specialist to lead full‑funnel campaigns for our fast‑growing study abroad brand. You will work closely with the founder to design, execute, and optimise paid media and lead generation systems.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute end‑to‑end digital marketing strategies across Meta and Google platforms.
• Run high‑converting paid ad campaigns (Meta, Google) and continuously optimise performance.
• Build and manage lead generation funnels, landing pages and marketing automation workflows.
• Scale organic growth on Instagram and YouTube while improving lead quality and conversion rates.
• Track, analyse and report campaign performance using data‑driven insights.

Required profile

• 2–5 years of hands‑on experience in performance marketing.
• Proven track record of generating qualified leads and sales, not just engagement.
• Strong business mindset with a focus on results, speed, ownership and execution.
• Ability to work independently on‑site and collaborate closely with senior leadership.

• Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram) management.
• Google Ads management.
• Landing page creation and funnel design.
• Marketing automation and CRM tools.
