About the role
The Payor Business Manager will lead growth of Pfizer's Vaccines portfolio across government and institutional accounts. You will act as the primary liaison with public‑health stakeholders, driving strategic initiatives that increase market access and formulary inclusion.
Key responsibilities
- Build and maintain relationships with key government officials, health institutions and tender committees.
- Lead advocacy and formulary inclusion projects to secure vaccine placement.
- Identify and unlock new business opportunities within the public‑health sector.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Medical, Market Access and Account Management teams to develop and execute account‑specific strategies.
Required profile
- 5–10 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales, marketing, operations or account management.
- B.Sc. or B.Pharm required; MBA preferred.
- Strong exposure to government business, institutional sales, tender processes or public‑health programs.
- Proven track record managing government accounts and stakeholder engagement.
