About the role
Shred Aware is seeking part‑time drivers for scheduled morning and afternoon routes in the Eureka and Humboldt area. You will use your own insured vehicle, follow a set route, and enjoy flexible midday availability.
Key responsibilities
- Complete assigned morning or afternoon delivery routes on schedule.
- Maintain a clean driving record and adhere to all traffic laws.
- Report any issues or incidents promptly to management.
Required profile
- Age 21 or older.
- Valid California driver’s license.
- Own insured vehicle with a clean driving record.
- Pass a background check.
Required skills
What we offer
- $40 per hour (gas and mileage expenses are the driver’s responsibility).
- Option to work as an hourly employee or 1099 contractor.
- Flexible scheduling – choose mornings, afternoons, or both.
- No waiting for dispatch pings; routes are pre‑assigned.
