Paid Media Manager – Asia

About the role

FCM, a global travel management company and part of the ASX-listed Flight Centre Travel Group, is hiring a Paid Media Manager for Asia. The role sits between strategy and execution: reviewing campaign performance, aligning paid media with upcoming campaigns, tweaking live campaigns and preparing performance reports for stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Review campaign performance dashboards across Google Ads, META, LinkedIn and programmatic platforms, spotting trends and optimization opportunities
• Manage budget allocation so spend works across channels
• Sync with the Brand, Growth and Demand teams to align paid media with upcoming campaigns
• Discuss regional strategy in line with global objectives
• Tweak campaigns in real time: targeting, creative and bids based on data
• Analyze market trends and competitor activity across Asia and turn insights into strategy shifts
• Prepare performance reports with clear recommendations for stakeholders

Required profile

• Core B2B marketing experience, including lead generation strategies that nurture prospects through the funnel
• Essential Asia market experience
• Minimum 7-8 years in paid media marketing
• Track record of managing substantial budgets and delivering measurable ROI
• Cross-functional collaboration with brand, growth and demand teams
• Self-driven, able to balance strategy with hands-on execution, and excellent communication skills
