Packaging Operator

About the role

Pro Packaging is seeking a full‑time Packaging Operator to join its Ghaziabad facility. You will work on the production floor, operating packaging machinery and ensuring that products are packed to specification while maintaining a safe and clean work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Set up, adjust and operate packaging equipment according to standard operating procedures.
• Load materials, monitor production lines and perform routine equipment checks.
• Inspect finished goods for quality and compliance with specifications.
• Record production data and report any malfunctions, safety concerns or material issues to supervisors.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the work area.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent; willingness to learn.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift moderate weights.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Good teamwork and communication skills.

Required skills

• Operation of packaging machinery.
• Basic mechanical aptitude for identifying simple equipment issues.
