Outlet Crew (Staff)

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic outlet crew member to join our teahouse team. You will be the front‑line host, greeting guests, taking orders and ensuring a smooth service experience throughout each shift.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome guests, answer questions and handle complaints on the spot.
• Take orders and prepare drinks and food according to company recipes and standards.
• Process billing and cash transactions accurately.
• Maintain a clean, organized and presentable outlet during the shift.
• Follow hygiene, food‑safety and SOP guidelines.
• Refill and arrange stock, reporting shortages early.
• Support teammates during peak hours to keep service flowing.

Required profile

• Clear, courteous communication with guests.
• Basic numeracy and accuracy in cash handling.
• Reliability, team‑first attitude and willingness to stand for long periods.
• Minimum high‑school education or equivalent.
• Fluency in Malayalam; English is an advantage.
• Prior retail, hospitality or F&B experience is a plus but not mandatory.

Required skills

What we offer

• Shift: 1:30 PM – 10:30 PM, weekly off on Tuesday.
• Salary: ₹15,000 per month (visible).
• 3‑month probation period, after which the same take‑home salary continues.
