OTR Truck Driver – 1yr Experience, $75k Salary

About the role

Big M Transportation is seeking CDL‑A qualified OTR drivers to join its growing team. You will operate dry‑van trucks on long‑haul routes, delivering freight safely and on schedule while enjoying a supportive, family‑oriented work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Operate a Volvo‑equipped dry‑van tractor on over‑the‑road (OTR) assignments.
• Maintain accurate electronic logs (E‑Logs) and comply with all DOT regulations.
• Ensure timely delivery of freight to customer locations across the United States.
• Communicate regularly with a personal dispatcher to coordinate routes and home time.
• Perform basic vehicle inspections and report any maintenance needs.

Required profile

• Valid CDL‑A license.
• Minimum of 1 year OTR driving experience.
• Strong safety record and knowledge of DOT compliance.
• Ability to work independently and manage long‑haul schedules.
