OT Cybersecurity Manager – Emerging Tech Advisory

About the role

PwC is seeking an experienced OT Cybersecurity Manager to lead the design, implementation, and protection of operational technology environments for clients in the manufacturing and energy sectors. You will work within the Emerging Tech Advisory practice, bridging IT and OT to deliver secure, resilient solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee OT and IIoT security projects and initiatives.
• Develop and implement security policies, procedures, and controls for OT environments.
• Lead the integration of IT‑OT infrastructure and deployment of OT cybersecurity tools.
• Conduct risk assessments following ISA/IEC 62443 and NIST CSF standards.
• Provide technical support and guidance to client teams on OT security matters.

Required profile

• 5–12 years of experience in operational technology security.
• Proven track record managing IT‑OT systems integration.
• Experience in the manufacturing or energy sector.
• Strong understanding of industrial control systems such as PLC and SCADA.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with OT cyber tools (IDS, EDR, SIEM).
• Knowledge of ISA/IEC 62443 and NIST CSF frameworks.
• Familiarity with PLC, SCADA, and other industrial control systems.
• Expertise in OT network and IIoT security.
