Organizational Effectiveness Team Member

About the role

The Organizational Effectiveness (OE) Team Member supports the OE agenda by coordinating employee engagement, culture, wellness, and feedback initiatives. Working closely with the OE Lead, this role helps implement, track, and report on key interventions that align with business priorities.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in executing OE programs that strengthen employee engagement and organizational culture.
• Coordinate employee engagement activities in partnership with HR and business stakeholders.
• Support rollout and administration of employee listening tools, including the VIBES Employee Engagement Survey.
• Consolidate and analyse feedback data, identify themes, and help prepare reports and action trackers.
• Contribute to Diversity & Inclusion and wellness initiatives alongside HR partners.
• Maintain OE dashboards, reports, and MIS to monitor progress of interventions.
• Facilitate seamless execution of OE programs with HR Business Partners and functional teams.
• Assist the OE Lead in continuous‑improvement projects and ensure timely closure of action plans.

Required profile

• Strong organisational and coordination skills.
• Ability to analyse qualitative and quantitative employee data.
• Experience collaborating with HR and cross‑functional teams.
• Detail‑oriented with a focus on reporting and documentation.
• Proactive attitude toward driving culture‑building initiatives.
