Order Management Analyst – Walk‑in Interview (Noida)

About the role

HCLTech is seeking an Order Management Analyst to join its Noida office. The position is open for experienced professionals and will involve handling quotations, contracts, and order processing for telecom and networking solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Review quoting and contracting data supplied by the internal sales team.
• Engage with vendors and customers to negotiate rates and propose alternative rate cards.
• Act as a subject‑matter expert for the quotation process and support BAU activities.
• Create install, move/add/alter, and amendment quotes for existing and new customers.
• Utilize workflow management tools to process assigned cases and tasks.
• Enter quote, contract, and order information into platforms such as Current Platform, Proposal Manager, and Premisys.
• Interface with sales and customers to secure pricing and order approvals.
• Collect ordering data from customers and key orders into designated systems, meeting SLA targets.
• Escalate issues with internal vendor management, IT, and other teams to ensure timely progression.

Required profile

• Minimum 2‑4 years of experience in order management within telecom or networking environments.
• Graduation (BS/BE/B.Tech) in a relevant field.
• Strong English literacy and business‑level proficiency in the local language.
• Excellent customer‑service orientation and ability to work under pressure.
• High attention to detail, analytical mindset, and problem‑management skills.

Required skills

• Telecommunications and networking technologies knowledge.
• Experience with SFDC (Salesforce) and quoting systems.
• Familiarity with ordering and workflow management tools.
• Hands‑on use of Current Platform, Proposal Manager, and Premisys.
