About the role
We are seeking motivated Field Collection Executives to recover ACT Broadband routers and related accessories from customers after service disconnection or cancellation. The role involves daily field visits, direct customer interaction, and ensuring timely and safe device recovery while maintaining professional conduct.
Key responsibilities
- Visit assigned customer locations to collect routers and accessories.
- Contact customers in advance to schedule pickups.
- Recover Tata Play routers and any related accessories where applicable.
- Update recovery status using the designated application or tracker.
- Coordinate daily progress with the operations team.
- Handle devices safely and submit them according to company guidelines.
- Achieve daily and monthly recovery targets.
Required profile
- Motivated and proactive attitude.
- Comfortable with regular field visits and interacting with customers.
- Ability to follow instructions and maintain professional conduct.
- Goal‑oriented with a focus on meeting recovery targets.
